How does ordering in the webshop work?
Go shopping and choose something nice from the shop, put this pattern in the shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart.
All your chosen items are listed below each other. Then click on "next step".
Log in or create an account at "I am new" and click on next step.
Check your data and read the general, sales and delivery conditions and if approved put a checkmark at "I agree with the general, sales and delivery conditions".
Then choose "next step".
Then choose 1 of the following payment option: Ideal, Paypal "click here at 0.00 euros in your shopping cart"
Ideal is widely used in the Netherlands and Belgium, Paypal is also accessible for the whole world, but you do have to create an account there
If you have only chosen freebies, so you do not have to pay anything, then choose the last option "click here for 0.00 euros in your shopping cart".
Place a checkmark at your choice and click "next step".
Then you see an overview of all your ordered products and their costs and then click on "pay with payment obligation", then follow the steps of your bank, paypal and with the 0.00 euro choice, you see that 10's Embroidery has received your order , you see this also appear after payment
Pay attention!! You will then receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you entered and there you will receive an e-mail with the download link of your ordered patterns. Click on the link and the download will start automatically and will end up in your download folder on your computer.
After purchase, the download links in your mailbox will remain active for 30 days. Your purchased patterns are NOT saved in your account, so make sure you download your patterns within 30 days.
If you have not received an e-mail, first check your spam filter.
If you have not received anything, please contact 10's Embroidery, she can see what you have ordered and can still send you the download link.
