Enlarging, reducing or adding a name or other embroidery pattern is allowed, but no rights can be derived from the embroidery pattern after change, this in connection with changing the quality, but this is only for personal use. The created project / or embroidery pattern made on a product to be embroidered may be sold online or at a market, but the name 10's Embroidery may must be named or linked to www.10embroidery.nl.

License costs are associated with an embroidery pattern, after having manufactured more than 300 products. If this is the case, first consult with 10's Embroidery before the sale. 10's Embroidery

General sales and delivery conditions

Article 1: Definitions

1.1 10's Embroidery located in Naaldwijk, Chamber of Commerce number 75813734, is referred to as seller in these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

1.2 The other party of the vendor is referred to as the purchaser in these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

1.3 Parties are purchaser and vendor together.

1.4 The agreement means the purchase agreement between the parties.

Article 2: Offers and orders

2.1 These general terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all offers and orders for products offered for sale on www.10embroidery.nl.

2.2 Making use of an offer or placing an order (i.e. downloading free or paid products) via the eShop of 10's Embroidery means that you accept these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

Article 3: Payment and delivery

3.1 *The prices for the products and services offered are in euros and include 21% *0% VAT. * As of April 1, 2020 VAT exemption under the Small Entrepreneurs Scheme (KOR)
 

3.2 The payment of the digital products offered on www.10embroidery.nl takes place online and via the payment methods offered. After successful payment the product is delivered digitally and automatically via E-mail by a download link.

 

3.3 With the placement of an order and the payment of a digital product, the buyer enters into a final purchase agreement with 10's Embroidery. The terms of this agreement are available on 10's Embroidery before and at the time you order a product. You must also accept these conditions during the ordering process.

 

3.4 Correspondence and / or delivery takes place via E-mail and the internet. You are responsible for providing the correct (E-mail) address to 10’s Embroidery. In addition, you are also responsible for the correct setup of your PC and any programs such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners, so that messages and digital products sent to you can be received.

Article 4: Copyright

4.3 The digital products of 10’s Embroidery are copyrighted. It is therefore not permitted to copy and / distribute and / or commercially exploit the purchased digital products.

Article 5: Cancel order

5.1 There is no right of return on digital products from 10’s Embroidery. For this reason it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been executed and delivered.

Article 6: Other

6.1 Only Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

6.2 All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to a competent court in the Netherlands.
